No account to delete
Trustshift V1 has no account or server-side work-record database. There is no account deletion request to submit, and we cannot remotely erase or recover the app data on your phone.
Remove a file or planned shift
In shift or work-record details, use Remove on an attachment to delete the imported private copy. The original file is unchanged. Removing a planned shift preserves related actual work records and original clock-in events; it is not a complete erasure of work history.
Remove all Trustshift app data
First save any readable reports you want to keep. If you enabled calendar export, cancel it in Trustshift before clearing data, then check the destination calendar for copies.
Open Android Settings → Apps → Trustshift → Storage → Clear data / Clear storage, or uninstall Trustshift. Labels vary by device. This removes local schedules, checklists, work records, preferences and private attachments. There is no in-app undo or cloud restore.
Remove copies outside the app
Delete exported reports and files in your file manager or cloud drive, and remove shared copies or exported calendar events in their destination apps. Clearing Trustshift storage does not recall anything already shared.
Delete information sent to support
If you previously emailed us, send a request to [email protected] identifying that correspondence. Do not send a device ID, password or your entire work history. We will handle the request subject to any applicable retention obligations. See the privacy policy.
